Discus jumped out of tank

So I went up to feed my discus they had layed eggs the other day and they were fine all day today I last saw them an hour before I found it. It was still alive and put it in my main tank but its laying up against plants any advice that might help it?

Put in another airstone and hope for the best. Discus are tough. I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

update: she seems to be doing better but not completely out of the woods. shes sitting upright on her own and swam around but looked a little exhausted.

I have a 18 inch airstone and a cube already in there. Thank you I think she will pull through. Im so glad and lucky I found her.
