I saw your thread Ryan. Even your small alcross looks perfect at his young size. True wild look with tank bred benefits.

Kenny was right about shape and appetite with these guys. Nice shape and great appetite.

Due to a deal that went south i removed some of the fish on my original Discus order. Now ill have to wait for next shipment to order them again. Love paying double shipping. Anywho received my order yesterday. VERY HECTIC DAY, I'm a noob to the discus seen so a big note to self...

When expecting an expensive discus order fill the QT tank at least 24 hours in advance to age the water and temp. I was out dealing with daughters street throat the night before and never had time. Doing this on the fly while your new shipment wait in their bags can be a daunting task. I had to setup in a upstairs bedroom with no way of filling except 5g buckets filled half way with cold water. LOL.

I worked yesterday so the fish were held at fedex for pickup. So they ended up lasting approx 8 hours in those bags than originally intended. Thanks Kenny for great packing all fish seem perfectly fine this morning.

I have so low quality pictures as i was rushing all night. Once i add them to main tank with Leds i will post better quality pics!

This guys i completely blue and looks great. Like a blue-green chromis in saltwater. The cheap home depot light and bad camera not showing true. Stay tuned.

I asked Kenny to try to send me the 3 crosses as close to wilds appearance as possible. I love them! Thanks Kenny!

I wish the Alenquer had less striations as I'm trying to get the wild look while this looks a little like a turq. But i still love him none-the-less and will keep trying with alenquer cross in hopes to get a more plain look. I think the heckle is perfect.

Ya I hear ya. My alenquer is still young but does look more solid in the body. Kenny did say they have heckle gene though so they may change quite a bit. As you saw from the photos of the mature ones they were pretty striking
