Hello Josie..... Nice video.... you make it look easy :) ,when I used to make it there was much more of a mess and it took waaayyy longer not having all the processing equipment that you have ....and that was if I could find someone that had beef heart to start with which wasn't always the case ....so I see the thread from 2012 saying you were thinking of shipping your beef heart mix.... and don't see it listed for sale on your website :( .... still thinking?
