Sorry but no it isn't, they are already overpriced, then fake a sale that is still more than amazon. Free shipping is only if you spend $75. The prime that I bought is on sale for $6 and some change and is 500mL, the original price is the price that pet mountain claims to be a sale. And I got each item for free shipping no min order required. Pet mountain is selling their 500mL for $12 and some change. Also I trust Amazon alot more.

Its for the small amount like Ryan stated, but it does come with its own bag. Which is why I purchased a couple.
