Can anyone tell me the name of this plant please?

I got one of these from a local shop ages ago and it seems to do really well in the warmer water, infact its been one of my best plants, i wanted to get more but havn't been able to since find it anywhere or know its name.

there are online shops that deliver aquarium plants, are they generally ok to buy from?
