I'm a big bow hunter....I love smoking meats...
After spending $100's every year to have snack sticks, brats, summer sausage made, and have it mediocre quality
- taught myself how to make sausage.

A batch of cheddar Summer Sausage just came out of the smoker today for christmas gifts.
