boiled egg whites for discus

wondering if anyone has attempt to feed their discus this, I thought of this idea cause beefheart is super messy :bounce2:

If they will eat it, its not a bad source of protein but nutritionally its lacking alot as far as fish food. Id feed it sparingly and only as part of their diet.

Eggs are probably more messy than beefheart.Seems to me they would break apart easily and cloud the water if fed in decent amounts.

Added...I didn't read egg whites.I was talking about the yolks.
