Hi everyone,
About a month ago I purchased a JBL ProCristal UV-C 18W - Water Clarifier and was really satisfied with the results, however during this month, this morning I found the unit for the second time not functioning. It is really annoying to have things like this fail. I am posting here to see if there are other people experiencing the same issue maybe? As I find it really weird to have two units fail in the space of a few weeks?
The UV Sterilser is kept on all the time and water flowing through it of course, I only switch it off when I feed the fish because I switch off the pump filter for a few minutes and then re start the UV clarifier after I start the pump thus to keep water flowing through it all the time.
Any comment would be appreciated.
