With the amount of water you will be changing, it's more economical to go with Safe (powder form of Prime). I purchase 4kg at a time and lasts me for months.

Completely agree.

Besides a study was recently done on products that were advertised as having Aloe and testing showed zero amount in many. So if that was a selling point to you just doing daily water changes will do more and be less costly in the long run.

Without beating a dead horse, this is just one of those lps/lfs shelf products that isn't anything special.

I've been using Safe, after using Prime and before that Novaqual & Amquel, and find it to be the most economical. I believe that I bought it a Big Al's and got a really good deal.
