Hex?

One of my fish recently has this really big white poop. Not sure if it's Hex or not. Could anyone let me know if it is hex or something else? Thanks for your help in advance.107807

Sometimes it's just collected fat in the intestine. I'd try Epson salts at 1-2 tsp. per 10 gal. in a separate hospital tank. The fish does look a bit distressed to have all of this in it.
