Anyone have any experience with the length of time it takes fish to recover after being exposed to micro bubbles??

Do they ever fully recover?
Would like to hear from anyone who has dealt with this first hand.

Microbubbles irritates and strips discus "skin" aka slimecoat and it grows back in about a day or two .
They ussually display normal behavour an hour or two after the microbubbles are gassed out of the water and there is no permanent damage from this .
However im sure that repeating this shock via every WC on the long run, can do some permanent damage on discus so it should be avoided .

Mine only ever seemed to be annoyed by it. I never had an issue til this winter. Started using a micron sock and solved that problem
