I bought a car. I really had no choice. I love my S-10 but she's 28 years old. I spent half of the money that I'd be saving for my old age but now I'm old so since I needed reliable transportation allowed myself to spend the money that I don't let myself touch.

I thought of the name Teenie Greenie. Then my mechanic suggested Peamite. I like Peamite. It will fit on a vanity tag, but so will Teenie or Greenie. I was ready to go with Peamite until my horticulturist friend said that he MUCH preferred Teenie Greenie. I need to apply for a tag soon. I need more opinions. What would you name her?110423110424110425110426110427110428

How about SWT_PEA or SWTPEA. Will make people read it and have to figure it out.

It's the one I suggested you look at, Al. It fits 4 people, just...But it carried me, a chow, 2 small dogs, a big box of fish food, and 200 lbs of dog, horse and chicken feed with room to spare. They're great little cars for the price.

I got her tag yesterday. I considered the names JUNEBUG and SWEET-P seriously but I decided that those names were too cutsie for a car belonging to a Mama Bear. The car is cute enough as it is. Pistachio was too many letters. Luigi is male and the car is totally female. I went with what my mechanic came up with...PEAMITE. Pea and mite suggest small and green, and mite suggests mighty.

The name PEAMITE is a name my beloved mechanic, Chip tossed out in passing. I said, PEAMITE might work. When I decided that it was the best name for her I had a vanity tag made with her name on it.. When the tag showed up in my mail box I drove straight to Chip's shop. I kept it in the envelope so I could remove it for him. He didn't know what I was there for. He was working on a car. I pulled the tag out of the envelope and it said PEAMITE. I knew that he would smile from ear to ear. He smiled from ear to ear..

The name suites both and me and the car. Chip gave me a gift and I gave him a gift.110643
