The ingredients for my first time making deer heart food.

The whelk did not work well, I have to siphon it out every time. They love the rest of it though.

Do you hunt or did you buy the deer hearts?

Yes I hunt and we only have two months until deer season opens here. I keep the hearts because my son likes to eat them, now he is going to have to fight the fish for them.

Looks like conch to me. You must really love your fish to be giving up on some conch fritters!
