My friend has a discus that's got a good appetite but is losing weight and getting thin. He feeds 3 times a day, beef heart, brine shrimp/ hikari brand frozen bw and flake. The pop is cream colored but not stringy. I'm thinking worms. It's been medicated with prazi and metro already.

Try levamisole for roundworms

How long has it been since the fish are medicated? Is the poop still the same? Is the belly swollen?

Sorry for the bad cell phone pic I received. It's been 2-3 weeks since medicated.
