I contacted Martha a few weeks ago. She said she is no longer breeding them because there was no more demand for them.

Check Wet Spot Tropical Fish.
Another, albeit more expensive, option is hypancistrus. L201 and hypancistrus contradens are both around $20 and very attractive.

Anyone with experience with Sterbai Cory's have recommendations on food, feeding, bioscape, temp. for a species only tank?

Sterbais do very well with soft water and lots of water changes. They thrive at 82 - 84F. Perfect mates for a discus tank. Mine are kept in a barebottom tank and they eat anything I feed my discus, include beefheart.
I get my sterbais from a guy on AquaBid. Go to the cory section and look up Aquastock, who breeds his own. I got 36 sterbais from him last month for a ridiculous price.
