Hi Michael and welcome to the forum!

Sexing the discus from a pic is hard and best guess work,especially when the fish look to be young still. The best way to tell is let them pair up and then see who lays and who fertilizes .

One note on your discus ... the top one is looking very ill and thin. You may want to move it to a hospital tank and observe it. It may need some tlc/meds..

Post in the disease board if you want some help figuring out whats going on.
