My otherwise healthy, eating, big pigeon blood is not using its left pectoral fin. The left pectoral fin is flush against the side of the body, not moving. The fish seems to be getting around just fine with its right pectoral fin and other fins. Is this a problem I should be concerned about? What would cause the fish to not use a pectoral fin?
