Hello,
Looks like I may get a hatch tonight. I have covered eggs with wire mess because they have all been eaten in the past.
My question is, when to take the mess away?
Thanks

Wait until the wigglers swim out of it and no longer need it for protection.

I don’t get it.
Left the screen on last night but still woke up to all eggs gone. Every single one good or bad.
-Did they all fall off ?
-did they dissolve ?
-did they get eaten through the screen?
Getting frustrated.

I've had the same thing happen before. I had a pair that was so determined to eat the eggs, they would blow through the cage and knock them off the cone and eat them when they fall. They would also ram the cage and cone to make the eggs fall off. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.
