Can someone please Identify this white spot for me Thanks

I noticed this white spot a couple of weeks ago and have been monitoring it. It has not gotten any worse. Today I noticed another one has the same spot in the same area of the body. So I am looking for help to identify this so I can start to fix this issue.

Discus get these from time to time. They are much like a pimple a person gets.Pores get blocked up and often a pimple forms...it usually ruptures leaving a small hole that closes up on its own. Sometimes they can be large though and benefit from swabbing with hydrogen peroxide. They tend to be associated with poor water quality and often the best way to deal with it is to increase your tank maintenance and water changes.
