What am I dealing with here? Fins going bad

114906 Ive been struggling for months at this point. Been doing 90% water changes every other day for weeks. Temp is 85 degrees. I don't know what I'm dealing with to treat with medication. Had hoped water changes would cure it but after weeks I fear to lose this guy if I don't figure it out with another method. Please help

Sorry jblasto...just judging by the photo alone any meds will not help at this point and would be best to euthanize.
Since this is your first post...suggestions could have been offered for treatment if diagnosed earlier.
It's best to fill out the questioner in the event any other Discus show unusual symptoms.
