Color enhance foods

I've had disus fish for about a year now! Ups and downs some died some lived! Some saved thanks you your site!.

I have a handful of blue discus. They are about 2.5 inches. There are a good solid blue. My question is do these color enhance food really work?

I try to do a 90% water change daily and some times miss a day. I feed them 4 or 5 times a day!

Lately I've been feeding them mostly

New Life Spectrum Disus Forula
And Cobalt Discus HANs

Another question maybe are these foods along with water changes enough to make them grow well!
