I know we all have problems to deal with, worrying about this or that,
ect. but lets not forget the people that lost there lives and those that
gave there lives 17 years ago today.

I will remember with horror that day for as long as I live. My 2nd cousin at the time was NYFD, in all the sorrow at least I was relieved he got away just with chronic health problems

The heros are the guys on flight 93. They decided to die fighting rather than sitting trembling in fear. They may have saved the White House. A lovely memorial has been erected in the town where the plane crashed.

I agree Liz. Plus thousands of others who gave or risked their lives to save others who were impacted that day, fought overseas, risk their lives Gathering intelligence overseas and in CONUS, and continue today trying to prevent further terrorism in our own backyard. Thank you so much for those to do so much and will never be recognized due to the nature of their job.

I was in my bulldozer at the landfill when the news broke live. The entire site with hundreds of trucks and heavy equipment went silent for a least an hour in disbelief. Will never forget
