View Full Version : Discus floating upside down!
One of my Discus has been floating upside down near the surface! It has been swimming with it's belly up since this morning! Yesterday night it was all fine but I don't know what happened to it overnight. What should I do? Please Help!

Sounds like a swim bladder issue.Sometimes the ducts get blocked.I've had some success with epsom salts.I've even had them gulpe down food and air along with it.
It seems to be fine now but it's lying flat on the ground now! Don't know what's wrong!
Keep an eye on it. If it does not get better soon, please fill out this form and post it in the emergency room sub-forum

i just went through this with one of my discus think it was bloat or a swim bladder i tried epsom salt but i didn't have any luck hope you do best of luck to you

It doesn’t sound good. Did you try the Epsom Salt?
How are the others doing?
