I’m no expert but looks like it could be from water quality? Can you test your water?

Agreed! Definitely check your water. Could be a mini-cycle happening. Water changes are your friend here.

+1 I'm no expert either but it looks a bit like discus pimples. These are usually caused by poor water quality. I had them one time and increased my water changes and added a little salt. Easy fix.
All the best and let us know how it goes

Similar to a zit/pimple on the skin.Not a worm.

I increased the temp from 82.5 to 84.5
What temp would be recommend? Also
I did 45% water change. Will do same tonight
Any other things I should do?

Those usually subside on their own with good water. In some cases though they can rupture and get infected. They are much like pimples as the mentioned already. If you look real close at these you will see that they broaden at that base of each pimple. Its hard to see on the blue of that fish. If they get worse you may want to try a salt dip or swab them with Peroxide.

Thanks I will continue with the higher water temp. And will do a 40% water change in morning before work and when I get home tonight.... Thanks was a bit concerned cause I paid $270 for her along with a red one in another tank proven egg layer.. I wanted to give the red one a rest. And see what would happen with a King Flora. Although the Floira is a Bullie.

Quick question it's a 29g tank. How much aquarium salt would you add? Also I have Epson salt. Is one better then the other? If so how much to add?

For this I wouldn't add salt but do a dip in a bucket if gets worse and the water changes don't help. .. This one is a mild dip that should not harm the Fish.
