Nice to meeting you all, I am a discus keeper in China, recently I notice some thing happen with one of my fish.

its a baby fish breed by two of my old fish, and he is one years old now, last weekend I found one of these baby fish facing corner and not responding to feeding. and he carrying a very long, transparent poop. so I take out the poop, and put it under a microscope.

as I found on Google, its looks like the egg of Whipworm, is it correct ? So how to treatment this fish or whole tank. And I have some medicine in my home ( Praziquantel; Metronidazole; Levamisole.) which one will kill this thing? And how is the dosage?

thanks a lot !

Those are definitely capillaria eegs.
Nedol by JBL is very effective treatment. Levamisole is effective as well. Especially when mixed with food.

Calculate the amount to be 0.3% of the food.
