One of our winter shoreline birds. Cute little buggers... Dunlin.

If you look at the above pic closely you will see a few birds that different. Those are ruddy turnstones. Several shorebird species often flock together for safety. They will even fly in uniform patterns together. Turnstones are the classic Mr.Moms. The males stay with the chicks until they are fledged.The female leave a few weeks after the eggs hatch.
