Exactly the size you want at that age. They should start rounding up very soon.

Thx, really happy to read this! This is our first pck, and happened to be in a community tank. One death over 50 juvies by now. Happened to be manipulated in a net... We fed them live bbs, bs(frozen) and daphnias (frozen) for now. I'm about to make a first batch of Beef heart tomorrow. I think it'll help! Heard about vitamins in it... is there favourite vitamins for the juvies? Or it's not that important?

Some folks mash up a regular human vitamin and mix it in the food. I don't do that with my fish so that's all I know.

I use Centrum vitamin add to the beefheart . You can
purchase at most Walgreens or CVS. The vitamin has
an expiration date unlike fish food on the pet store there are no dates.

Or Wheaties ground into a powder and then mixed with whatever food.
