He returned my initial e-mail and call within a day. As mentioned, almost an hour on the phone before I decided on the purchase a couple of weeks later.

Do you know for sure that he received your communication Dee? I had a brilliant and seamless experience with Dennis, even so a long time before I committed to buy from him. I would reach out again. Maybe you msg was lost in space. He is usually very on top of his communication. Your experience is very out of character for Dennis...
