Hi Saif, first I do not have experience with this product but a few things stand out, first is why is there a need to clean gills. What does that even mean?? If gill flukes are suspected (confirmed with a microscope) would it be better to use a product which specifically targets gill flukes? This sounds nice but sounds like snake oil "Preis Carely contains only natural sub*stances and there*fore will not harm aquatic plants, corals or inver*teb*rates.". My last concern is what is the active ingredient?

Another thing is it says to clean the intestinal tract. What does that mean and why would you need to do that??

They mean to keep the intestine free from parasites.

I contacted them regarding the ingredients but they just skipped and answered the rest questions

I quote their reply here,

"Hello, our product Carely is used very successfully in discus fish. If your fish parasitizes gills they have to dosed over water. Does the fish parasitize into the feed. Thaw and rinse with frozen food. Then put Zewa paper so that the moisture is removed. then soak in Carely for 5-10 minutes than feed. 2
Biology will not be harmed. best regards "

This would be a deal breaker for me Saif.

Agree with Pat.
If they will not answer your questions, I would not use.

I think it's snalke oil, like Pat mentioned. Made of plants. You'd be better off using garlic and vitamins. They skipped the ingredient part and I can't find any other ingredients but plant material.

garlic and vitamin by adding it in food while DIY BH.

In my case they refused to eat and then i had to reduce/almost eliminate the garlic in it.

is there any other way that I could administer garlic and vitamins?

You don't need all that stuff. Keep it simple. BH is a cheap way of feeding lots of fish. If you can afford already prepared foods for fish, I would use several types of them.
