How is everyone doing? A quick thanks for reading first, what do you consider breathing too much? ive personally never had a fish with & without air stones & agitation stop constantly opening and closing their mouth while moving the gills? Has anyone ever experienced them sitting still bunched up together all flapping fins rather fast?

Even if it's your first time having a discus, trust your nose if it doesn't pass the sniff test. I'm willing to bet they are breathing too fast. Not enough information to help you try to figure out why though
