Identifying Mysterious Little Bob

Hi everyone,

I have found so much great info here I thought I would reach out to the community to get some new insight. I recently purchased some little discus from our kinda lfs and I am not sure what my little mysterious Bob is. He is around 2.5in brownish orange in color and from what I can tell has a faint black bar by his eyes and a small black stripe by the tail. I included the link to his picture since the upload didnt want to cooperate with me. I have gone through some links I found on the forum showing transitions from the smaller discus to the adults but still cant identity little Bob so I pose the question to this great community. There's a variant called Ghost Discus...you're guy is small but the color pattern is pretty close to this;
