So sorry to hear this - I didn't know him, but I went ahead and read what his daughter in law wrote about him on the gofundme page - he seemed like a really great guy.

I recognized mugwump from my very first forum .
I hope they meet their goal .

I had the pleasure of meeting John a few swaps ago at the GCCA. He was always there but I never realized he was Mugwump. I sat down with him and had a great conversation with a very nice man. RIP John, I wish I would have asked sooner, I feel like I lost a lot of time talking with you.

Dennis of Ball Aquatics was our other Admin. He's agreed to take on keeping the forum going. Anyone who wants to join can. We're just a small group of friends who have fish in common. We would welcome new members with open arms. Anyone who was a friend of Jon's is a friend of ours.

That is great news Liz. If he needs help I can assist but I am not familiar with their software platform.

The forum doesn't anything else ATM. Dennis won't even tell us how much it costs him every year. Posting there a bit would be nice, though. I know your already a member.
