congo tetras

Has anyone ever tried putting Congo tetras in with discus. I have a 120 gal with 6 Discus in it and am looking for some tank mates

I had a friend with them in a 125 g with a bunch of wild greens. They look great and did not harrass the discus but at feeding time they were like piranha. It was clear who got the lions share of food, it wasnt the Discus. I would not recommend them for a discus tank.

My fear would be because the Tetras are larger versions of Tetras and fast that fin nipping would be possible. Discus being usually docile might not take to the proactive Tetras?
