Fishless cycling

Hello I am completely new to discus and I am 8 days into a fishless cycle,using dr Tim’s ammonia,and seachem stability.everything seems to be going fine I think. my ammonia has been a constant 2 ppm.my nitrite has just shown today at 0.25ppm and the nitrate is reading 80ppm.do these readings seem ok I,m not too sure. Any feedback appreciated.thanks.

seems like your cycle is well on its way to finishing. Wait for nitrites to show 0, then do a big water change, fill to 2ppm ammonia again and see if it cycles to nitrates in a day and youre good to go.

Question though, why are you using stability?
