I cannot imagine why but this vendor has not responded to PM’s emails or phone calls.
I placed an order for some exquisite looking premium pigeon bloods and only received an automated response from the order placed.

Is this unusual for them?
I cannot imagine why any company would act this way.

I have never dealt with them but that does seem very obscure...even phone calls, that's crazy...how long have you been waiting Capt?

Had written and called for two weeks asking for pics.
Ordered 48 hours ago. My bad. Unless they have a good reason I might have made a mistake. Time will tell I guess

One would reasonably expect to hear something within 48 hours after making a significant purchase...I hope it all works out for the best mate...are you purchasing for display purposes or perhaps a breeding project?

I've always used FB message in the past, and they would eventually get to me. It's true that they're on the slow side, but they have treated me well in the past. They would go through the hassle of netting out discus and placing them in a show tank for me to see. If you can't get ahold of them, I'd try messaging their FB or Lynda Warner (manager)directly. I believe the long messaging time is probably due to their low staff. I couldn't recommend their store enough. I've bought from them twice, both times received healthy, outstanding specimens. Quality is on par with Kenny's and the leading discus breeders.

Large to jumbo
The checkerboard and the scarlet pigeon. Gonna add them to my new 200 display. getting M/F of each. But my breeding days are all in the past. Way way too much work for this old fart

I am absolutely floored by the beauty of the four pidgeon bloods I just received. Packing was outstanding and the Ng fish have outstanding eyes, body shape, coloration and patterning.

Will try to get some pictures up this weekend. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Linda

Yep, NA discus always delivers. My two times ordering from them were both great, I received nicely shaped discus. And the best thing is they're hardy and grow huge.

On the reply space above where you write there’s an icon with a tree on it. Press that and it gives you the option of where to get your pic from. Don’t do actual size downsize it to large and it should load up. I can only do one picture at a time.
