Thanks a bunch for the BD wishes everyone - I'm sure I'll have a good day, & I plan on having one of my favorite dinners - med.-rare prime rib of beef w/yorkshire pud., roasted "Chef John's Perfect Prime Rib" way - which does work 'perfectly' every time !
Can't wait.

That is one of my favorite meals. I once found a recipe for taking a 2 rib roast straight from the freezer and putting it in the hot oven frozen. It always came out perfect. I wish I could still find that recipe.

The prime rib was excellent - turned out perfectly done - as always, using 'Chef John's' recipe !

Linda & I are hunkering down a lot in self-isolation at home, and still keeping our 'social bubble' very tight.
