Total flow in discus tank

I have had a rethink and I can hide/access a sump if I place my aquarium in a corner. The flow rate returning to the tank (head height taken into consideration) will be 265 gph with the sump. Do I need additional flow? The tank is 48x12x24. Perhaps a powerhead that puts out 2 or 300 gph? Or will the return be sufficient? It works out to roughly 4.5 times turnover a hour. The sump starts with a filter sock and then will go through two seperate matten filters, a 20 and 30 ppi if that matters.

Sounds good enough. Do you have a picture? Does the pump come with the sump? How many gallons in the sump?

Don't have a picture yet, wanted to make sure it would be OK before ordering. I'll get pictures when I do.
