I have several fish breeding - discus, plecos and dollar sunfish.

How hard is it to ship overnite.

Do I need oxygen?

The larger the fish the more stressing to ship. Ship when they're still young and their fins don't puncture the bags and it's easy. The larger the fish the thicker the bag you need. Don't know about the dollar sunfish but plecos don't need
O2. Discus do. Plecos don't even need to go Overnight as long as the box doesn't get lost which happens not as rarely as one would like. USPS Express almost always arrives on time due to the money back guarantee if the box arrives even 1 minute late. FedEx and USPS also deliver overnight and are more reliable than USPS.

I usually do USPS overnight, phone up the post office and give them your zip code and give them the buyer's zip this will confirm if the PO can deliver the next day. Ask the PO what time will the shipment go out, I usually drop the shipment an hour before shipping out.

There is also airport to airport shipping too but you might have to be a Known Shipper.
