Laying eggs after raising fry

I have a pair of red melons that raised there fry and at 2 weeks I removed them. Very good parents but now they seem they are no longer interested in spawning is there something that can be done to encourage them

How long has it been? I'm sure they will spawn when they are ready... Or, you can try a cool-water water change, lowering the temp by 10 degrees and see if that'll spark an interest...
