chicken breast?

Has Any one on this forum used or uses a chicken breast mix.?
It's very low in fat and high in protein and a lot less trouble then beef heart.`
Let me know what you think.

Nutritionally fine, but raw chicken is very dangerous to handle due to high Salmonella contamination. Same for turkey.

I used to use ground turkey once upon a time. The fish did just fine on it.

I use ground chicken breasts from the supermarket instead of animal hearts......using a food processor to blend them together.
Raw minced chicken
Raw prawns
A cup of flakes food acts as a binder
Calcium citrate
Spinach (blanched in hot water 30 sec.)

I have use the chicken and turkey both worked out just remember to remove the skin.
