Does this look like ich?

Posting to get others' opinions before I worry or throw medicine in the tank. Do the white spots on this fish's tail look like ich? There are similar small spots on a couple other fish in the tank, but I've been observing them for a week or two now and whatever it is does not seem to be spreading. I saw one other fish flashing and scraping last week, but have not observed it in any fish since.

Would be surprised if its ich as I've had this tank in the high 80's and salted for a month or so when I was treating for hex.

I don't see any ich looking spots on them. Besides, ich can't survive in Discus temperatures. In my entire Discus keeping years I have never had it.

Thought so too. Would be ridiculous to have ich in a 90 degree salted tank that has never had anything biological introduced other than the discus themselves.

Tammy said it's most likely bacteria pimples and wiping the tank more often will help. Looks like my teenagers have acne!
