Sudden discus death

Hi All -

I'm new. I have read the beginning discus stuff. I have a problem, though. About 3-4 months into having a discus, they just suddenly die. I have a 55 gallon. I don't know what the issue is.

(1) Has anyone else had this problem?

(2) Has anyone revived a discus?
