Hello, I would like to read more about breeding discus. I can't really find my way around the Internet and online forum. Could you recommend to me any books on this specifically? It would be much easier for me to start... I'm attaching a cover of a book that I own and is simple enough for me. Maybe you could recommend something similar. Thank you in advance!

The information in the books it old and out of date. One guy who bought a pair from me said that the pair's eggs never hatched. He said he was doing everything the book said like keeping the temp at 90 degrees. If you want proven ways to raise and breed Discus you can find everything you need to know here on Simply.

Its basic and easy to read..Its pretty accurate as well...but as Liz said, most books are not always up to date.

If you have the ability to watch videos on you tube..

The guy giving the video is a bit long winded but theres alot of good information there on Discus Keeping as we know it now.

Best always,
