Red Covers

Do all red covers have a blue rim/outline? Or is a different strain that had the blue rim?

No. Blue rim blue face is relatively newer and pricier than regular Red Covers. Beware of deep or bright blue faces as they're color fed and will fade. Also, I see a lot of sellers advertising Red Covers or San Merah's that have bars in the body. True San Merah's are no longer available and true Red Covers have only one eye bar.
