Sent a bunch out today, please let me know how the Cichlid Chow works out.. Please note though it can take a little work to get fish to accept new foods. Thank you!


Suggestions for first feedings:
******ONLY Feed the new Pellet for the first few days****** until your fish becomes used to it. Feed 2-3 times per day. It is not uncommon for a fish to refuse a new food when initially offered. Feed very sparingly, a few pellets at a time, increase the amount as they become used to it.Never feed more than the fish will eat in a few minutes. . Do not overfeed, its not healthy for your fish or the fish tanks filtration. Be patient with your fish as you try and introduce this new food...some fish can be picky eaters!

So a very generous amount for the money and great selection. It took me a couple minutes to remove the outer wrapping. I think it was waterproof. lol Many thanks Al for the great selection at a great price. Now to pellet train the fish :D

My fry love the Discus chow fry starter .8mm as soon as it hits the water they are all over it and once it sinks they are all on the bottom going for it. I think it helps that they start early.

Chuck it definitely helps.. This group will never be picky eaters as they get older by training them when young.
