What is the best ph level that gets discus more motivated to breed?

acidic is what i hear, most breeders use 6.0-6.5 if i'm correct.

For artificial forms (everything except wild caught), pH between 6.0 - 7.5 is fine for spawning. Don't try to make pH changes unless your water is significantly outside this parameter. Stable water condition is far more important than exact chemistry.
