Wayne discus

one of the good lfs is selling "wayne discus" with papers. they looked good but not much different from the others...except the prices...selling for 4 x the $...

is anyone familiar with these? what sets them apart from others..apart from the price..?LOL

I import to the US from Wayne. He has very high quality healthy discus. If his name is on the discus it is of a known line he breeds and can be predictable in breeding. Because he is known throughout the world as a quality breeder his fish do tend to cary a heavier price tag than local breeders. I have been extreamly satisfied with the quality and health of all the discus I have recieved from him. As to 4 x the price for the same quality well I can't comment on that without comparing for myself. That is a decision you will have to make for yourself. In my opinion his fish are worth the money.
