The babies are now 5 days old and taken care of mostly by Dad. But here they are going from Mom to Dad.

This is the last picture and it's of my Blue Diamonds with Mom watching over her eggs. It looks like she has laid over 100 eggs this time. She is the same female that started eating her fry when they became free swimming last week. I was able to move some of those babies to the Golden Sunrise pictured above. These eggs are 2 days old 12/02/2002

Are the Golden Sunrise bred from PBs? The markings are similar but I don't see any peppering at all. Those are some good looking fish.

bradnc I have 2 pair of both Discus, the other 2 are still trying to get it right so I havent taken any pictures of them yet.

Ralph I got the pair from Jim Quarles earlier in the year, Carol mentioned to me that he got them from Jim Norris of Team Discus that closed shop also. I don't know there background. There is no peppering at all in either pair.

Well the eggs hatched from the Blue Diamonds today. Once they get to the free swimming stage I will post those pictures for everyone to see. Thanks for all the great comments.

To put my name on my pictures Carol I use my Photo Editing program which is Adobe PhotoShop 6.0. There is a an Icon called Type Tool. I just place the mouse cursor in the Photo and click on it to start the tool and I just type my Name. It took me a half a day to figure out how to use it because the book is very large for the program. Which program are you using Carol to edit your photos Carol?

No, no, I just point and shoot like a regular camera and delete the ones I don't like. The pictures from my Mavica FD73 are on a floppy which i put in my computer and save to my hardrive. Then I post them directly to Simply.

Usually I'm snapping and posting within a few minutes, lol. I didn't want to read any big books either ;)
