What meds for which illness?

Does anyone have (or willing to start) a list that pairs up a particular illness/parasite with the medication of choice? I see topics concerning one or two meds in particular - are these the most commonly used for a variety of problems? I guess what I am looking for is a bulleted list with the disease/parasite, the preferred med. and it's dosage; along with other methods of treatment, ie increased water temp.

As I get together what I will need for the future, I would like to have on hand any meds I might need (within reason) before I need them.
