I currently have a community tank setup as follows:

3 discus (4")
30 cardinal tetras
3 rummy nose tetras
4 skunk loaches

This is a 110 gallon tank with wet/dry and plants. Water is changed 10% per day. Nitrates dont register, PH 6.8, KH 2, 200 microS.

Do I have room to add 3 discus and a pair of rams?

Do you know the actual volume of water minus gravel, etc?

Measure INSIDE the tank: length x height (gravel to water line) x width divided by 231 to get gallons. You may actually only have 90 gallons of water for all to swim in.

Remember to quarantine any new fish before adding them to your exisitng tank.

What's up with the three rummy nose? Do they school with the cardinals?

Three more discus should be fine. Even at 10 gal/discus that is on the high side of the recommended levels, that still gives you forty gals for all the other fish.
